Best rain pants I’ve owned!!!
These pants are awesome!!! I’m 6’2”, 175 lbs and ordered medium as suggested. The fit is spot on!!! Great articulation while riding and not overly warm causing you to not overheat. I was curious about the ankle zip design and if I was going to like it…. Well I think 7Mesh absolutely nailed it!!!! I can put my pants on without shoes with the zip closed in the big setting no problem. With the zips open I was able to take the pants on and off with my SPD shoes. These kept me fully dry while hiking and cycling in heavy rain both times. Super satisfied!!!! My only very little suggestion is to include a gear loop on the inside of the waist band so you can hang them to dry. I ended up using the waist adjustment straps instead but I would prefer something small on the inside. But that is a minor detail. These rain pants are legit!!!

MEGA!
Bought these for bikepacking and have been mega impressed. First trip I used them on we had on and off drizzle all day on our first day and I thought I’d be taking them on and off constantly. That didnt happen and I wore them all day, I was really surprised how well they breathe, I mean on a steep hike a bike I was still sweating in them but for riding they just worked great.

Breathable bike pant
I have used my Guardian Apex Pant several times already. It is comfortable, easy to adjust, and impressively breathable. I used it in both cold and warm conditions, and it works perfectly. I would have liked it to fold and be ''leaner'' when stored to help in bikepacking - however, it is a minor issue.
