I was really disappointed with the quality of the canvas compared to how expensive it was. The print just doesn’t look as good in real life as it did online. That said, customer service was responsive, they quickly sent me a replacement when I reported a defect. Still, even the new one (which wasn't damaged) didn’t meet my expectations in terms of image quality. I genuinely think the price should be lowered to reflect the product’s actual value.
