They delivered odered item promptly and at a fair price. Tech follow-up was professional, complete and resolved the issue. While the box was intact, the styrofoam packing was not. And in fact, there was a small angular chunck missing from the planer aluminum base. It does not affect performance, but it is noticeable. I recommend the planer with true helical head perforns very well.
