Glue scraper works fantastic out of the box and if you sharpen and strop it is amazing and to add the customer service is second to none! They went above and beyond to show me that they honestly care about the customer experience! I’m looking forward to trying more of there stuff

overall - great little tool

I had a little issue with ordering walnut and it wasn't available, but was resolved w/in 1 week. Wished the website would have indicated it was out of stock. The tool works better than I could have hoped for. I saw some of the videos and thought "I'll see" but it's worked great getting rid of glue that was both in the glue up joints as well as accidental glue on pieces during assembly.
