Core V Long Sleeve

There is a lot more compression compared to the bras. I prefer to wear this during workouts to help with my posture and prevent injury or pain. It was a bit difficult to get on at first and took some adjusting and getting used to. I will size up next time I order to see if this makes it more comfortable and less awkward.

I have mild scoliosis as well as other spine and neck issues. I work from home so I am at my desk a lot and the shirts really help me remember to sit up straight and keep my shoulders rolled back and down.
