Excellent Piece, even better Fit
The Guardian Apex is light, durable, breathable, and most importantly for me fits great. I come from being an avid Bird wearer but have always struggled with their sizing being a Large in the chest but a medium in the arms. I find this piece to fit great in both chest and arms as a large with plenty of room and stretch. The additional features like the neck gaiter snaps and packable into its own pouch are fantastic features to what I feel is comparable to any hard shell available.

Bike packing essential
The jacket is the optimal compromise of weight, function, packability and comfort. It is expensive but I have yet to find a better breathable fabric than GoreTex. Take care and it will last 20 years.

Amazing cycling jacket
I have used it in several conditions, from colder to warmer temperatures. The breathability is phenomenal. It keeps you warm when needed without losing its breathability. The storage is fantastic and attaches to my bike. I highly recommend it.
