Nice product but automatic wiring easily breaks

I’ve had decent experiences with their products but after a few months of hanging blinds one of them has already broken at the automatic spooling mechanism. This makes the blind unraisable and I cannot adjust it. Thus far the company has not made any real attempts to replace or fix.

I ordered 4 wi-fi remote cellular blinds and I love them! They arrived and were packed beautifully. They work great. Just be aware that the measurements you submit are what they will cute. This is vastly different from every other blind company I’ve worked with because they normally deduct 3/8” for error. But you can’t go wrong with Blinds Magic and I will be ordering from them again.
