Little bit on the soft side

I really like this mattress overall and I'm very happy with my purchase. Before my order shipped, I read several reviews saying the firmness ran softer than expected, so I contacted customer service and changed my order from Medium to Firm. They were very helpful and even warned me that the 12" Firm mattress would still feel softer than what most people expect from a traditional firm mattress. After sleeping on it, I'd say the Firm feels about 75% medium and 25% firm compared to my older double-sided innerspring mattress. At first, I wasn't sure how I'd feel about that, but it actually turned out to be a great fit for me. I'm 180 lbs, sleep mostly on my side and occasionally on my back, and the slightly softer feel provides good comfort while still offering enough support. The reason I'm taking off one star is because the firmness is not as advertised if you're expecting a truly firm mattress. That said, the company was upfront about it when I contacted them, so I appreciate their honesty. Their customer service was excellent throughout the process. One of the main reasons I chose this mattress was because it's double-sided and flippable. I like being able to flip it every few months to help extend its life and maintain even wear. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase. If you're looking for a traditional extra-firm feel, keep in mind that this mattress sleeps softer than expected. But if you want a comfortable mattress with good support and excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend it.

Best Mattress I Have Ever Owned

I am so completely satisfied with this mattress and this company that I don't even know where to begin! I got my medium firm Class Two Sided Mattress 2 days after placing my order. I was able to sleep on it that night because the mattress is ready to use right out of the box. No waiting several days for "off-gassing" like with memory foam or hybrid single side type mattresses. This mattress is built like a tank and is very comfortable. I am a big dude (250lbs+) and I thought I would sink down into it but it has high quality springs that don't buckle under pressure. It is firm for sure but it so surprising comfortable that I was able to sleep normally with great back support right away without any adjustment period. This is easily the best mattress I have ever owned.

The mattress is firm and supportive. Freeing it from compressed packing was a bit challenging. We'll see how it holds up over time, but it seems to be everything it was advertised to be.
