The bands don’t work for my wrist

I measured my wrist, and ordered the small, based on those measurements. The band is so big for me, that there is a large gap between my wrist and the watch, so I stopped wearing it, and ordered the X-small. The band is probably an inch too big. The x-small band is so tight, that it’s hard to fit over my wrist, and is way too tight to leave on for more than a few minutes. In the process of removing the original band, it ripped, so the watch is no longer useable as a smart watch that tracks my steps, heart rate, etc.I walk and work out a lot, and haven’t been able to use it for weeks, because of the wrong fitting bands. I may have to go back to the original plastic watch band, which worked just fine. Perhaps your small was missized, bit it was probably an inch too big. It’s very frustrating that I cannot use my watch because of the ill fitting bands.

Great for small wrists

My other woven band did not adjust small enough for my wrist so I was forever trying to re-tighten, the XS band is perfect and I no longer have to worry about slippage and adjusting, especially during workouts. YAY!

Too small

I ordered this measuring my wrist, but it was a little tight. Unfortunately, there was not a larger size. Nice soft band and well constructed.
