Honeycomb Stainless Steel Strap

Lovely design. I love that it comes with an easiky adjustable band.

I got two straps so this one was put away for a few months before I decided to switch. My order didn’t come with an adjustment tool but the other strap had removable links and didn’t need the tool so I didnt realize it at the time. Not having the tool makes it impossible to resize the band, and the company offered that I could buy a new one- but once again because my order was more than 30 days out they couldn’t do anything. They blamed me for misplacing it since I ordered so long ago- yet this band was safely in my drawer in its original packaging. You’d think for a company that sells a product people wear daily (and get compliments on from others) they would want their customers to be satisfied with their purchase. I’ll be buying my straps and bumpers elsewhere from now on.
