Never received items

Submit FedEx tracking info to Customer Support(Haus) items should have been delivered 7/13 FedEx have not received the package only a shipping label created 7/9 @ 11:04am Mya respond to email sent on 07/16 still waiting for these items were ordered 07/02. I would have checked the tracking number to verify the legitimacy, refund the customer and sent the items free. Sometime we have to take a loss in order to satisfy customers. The low rate is only for how the situation is being handled not the products, remember I have not received them.
