Poor Customer Service

Repeat Customer, bought a second pillow because I liked the first one so much but FedEx never delivered it. MVMI doesn't understand the simple concept that the order is not complete until the customer has their item, refused to do anything to assist with FedEx, like it's my job to deal with FedEx. Had to file a claim to get my money back through PayPal. Atrocious customer service, instead of a happy customer who bought from them twice and used to spread the word about them they were so awful I took a PayPal refund and wouldn't ever think of buying from them again. Such a shame as I really liked their pillow but their expectation that end customers need to battle with FedEx over a lost package is so flawed.

I love the feeling and texture, but dont expect miracles in cooling

It’s REALLy nice texture and feeling on my hands. However, I cannot say it feels a ton different on my head or face. I do love the magnetic closure as well. Im not convinced it is any cooler to sleep on (and I really wish it was)

Loving this pillow

I have tried at least 20 different pillows over the past 5 years and I am very happy with this one after a few weeks use. Recommended even with COAP!
