So - let’s get this straight, you won’t regret buying this coffee. It’s affordable, shipping was snappy, all is well! It’s a well-balanced, clean, basic cup. However…this this isn’t the impetus for searching out and purchasing a light roast (perhaps expressive/bright) anaerobic coffee…I know those descriptors don’t always go together. Ok, maybe never…but I figured it would be light w some anaerobic “funk” at the end. Little to no funk…that’s all I’m saying. Don’t buy this focused on its anaerobic qualities! Otherwise, it’s a good cup, even considering pulling a shot with it to check out a cortado!
