I stopped drinking coffee and only drinking the matcha latte in the morning for about a week or more. I like the flavor it's very nice. I wanted to try this to help stimulate my metabolism to lose weight. I feel better and think I've lost some weight. I have not been on a scale yet to know for sure.

Spicy nutmeg flavor
My first Chai anything so I may be off in review. Taste is spicy nutmeg. Since I love nutmeg, it's great! The black pepper makes it kinda spicy but not like jalapeño spicy. It has particles I have to be careful with as they can tempt a choke response. I'm a senior so this is always the case. I do enjoy it, it's beautiful green as expected. My 4 stars is for the spicy granular aspect.

Its great. Definitely if you love nutmeg, this is IT. With the pepper, its spicy too. Not like a jalapeno, just a bite.
