Wet and Wavy Super Bulk Human Hair for Braiding

The hair was very soft but developed a strong fishy odor whenever it got wet. Customer service initially only offered $10, then $30, but after several emails and escalating the issue, the company ultimately provided a 50% refund. I appreciate that they eventually worked toward a resolution, although I wish it hadn’t taken so much persistence.
