6’ 0”, 175-180 lb, longer arms, this Large fits well at neck, shoulders, arms and chest (42). The bottom is pretty wide, even for my 34” waist. But still keeps the wind out. Works best with collar up and top snap fastened on those 55 degree days with 20 mph wind and just a t shirt under.
