Not Waterproof - dissapointing

I buy Florence gear all the time and love all of it including the fact that I’m a member, but I bought this 2. 5 layer shell to be a rain shell for me and I have worn it just two times in light to medium rain, and both times water has seeped through all around and honestly I’m pretty dissapointed and would love some sort of refund or credit at least because this jacket has not met my expectations at all and I love all other products I’ve bought except for this one

Got wet

We’d love Florence clothing and we’re so excited for this rain shell. Unfortunately, we were soaked through and through in the first rain.
