Upside: Definitely worth it. But it now if you are thinking about it. Bike stand really maximizes space well in our apartment.
Downside: Stand rotates a bit back and forth a bit when bikes are placed on or taken off stand and also the handle bars do not stay straight so they either protrude into the room or rest on the wall.
