I didn't even know I needed this product. The cells are sturdy and the large holes in the botton make it easy to pop the starts out for potting on or transplanting. The tray is also sturdy and the shallow sides make bottom watering easy and more precise to prevent over watering. I'll be moving away from my old system to the Epic system.

Essential is right

These aren’t your average nursery pots and trays. They are strong! The holes in the bottom of the seed trays make it real easy to pop out your seedlings. I have had more success using these than any other trays.

What I didn't realize is how handy it is to plant a different variety of seed in each 6 pack. Also, you can't know from pictures just how indestructible the 6 packs and the seed trays are. And when it comes time to plant, the holes on the bottom of the cells are large enough so that you can simply push the bottom and the seedlings come right out.
