Let's Roll is super family-owned business in Thousand Oaks run by a couple, Amelia and Sam. I first met them several years ago, when I bought an Overland modell from them. At the time, their business was newly established, their having gotten involved because they saw the superior quality of the products when they were looking for the right walker for an elderly relative. The Overland I first bought is the slightly larger byAcre model with larger pneumatic wheels and is roughly 4 pounds heavier than the ultralight, and is designed for use indoors and outdoors. It has been great in every way. In making my selection I talked with both owners - Amelia and Sam. They were super in every way - Patient with me, very well-informed, ready to act promptly, and truly dedicated to customer service. If you're like me, you prefer working with a small family-owned, startup where the energy is vibrant and eager. Amelia and Sam fit the mold. I'll not forget: I finally made a decision on a late Friday afternoon, I asked when they might be able to initiate the shipping and get it out for delivery. Amelia told me that Sam was already packing it up at that moment and would have it to FedEx that afternoon, or arrival the following Monday. Yep! Amazing. More recently, I felt I needed a lighter ultralight that is better suited for indoor activity, though it works fine outside as well. The Overland doesn’t turn quite as quickly, and I was having some trouble scuffing up white doors with its tires. I mainly wanted the lighter-weight model, though, because I have a serious shoulder problem, and lifting it into my car’s cargo hold to transport it was causing me a lot of trouble. As an example of how duty-bound this couple is, I'll share a story Amelia would probably disapprove of. When I first called recently, on a weekend, I was told they weren’t available at that moment because of a medical issue. I called the following Monday morning, and Amelia answered. I expressed concern that it must be Sam who had the medical issue.No, indeed it was Amelia, who had had her appendix removed not more than a day or so before.! Yet here she was on the phone taking care of business! How's that for duty-bound?!! I chose the wide version of the ultralight in oyster white color, which is gorgeous. It may even be a better machine and fit for me than the Overland, but both are terrific.The ultralight is noticeably lighter and easier to load into my cargo hold, and I'm delighted to have them both. But mostly, I'm just so appreciative of the team, Amelia and Sam, who have been so great to work with. If you're looking for top quality walkers and top-notch customer service, don't pass these folks by. Let's Roll Mobility.
