Solid Bike Rack and a Great Value
The CRAVOT CyberRack E2 PLUS is comprised of solidly built components. Following the included instructions, assembly is straight-forward. The two bike carriers are identical; it was easy to modify one to put the strap slips on the same side as the other for easier access. A heavy e-bike is easy to put in place using the ramp, and the stabilising post's strap can be manipulated with one hand whilst holding the bike with the other. The wheel straps are then easy to tighten.
Mounted to a solid 2" receiver, there is very little wobble when underway. The handle for locking the rack in its two transport positions works well, and it is long enough to enable good leverage when tilting a fully loaded rack for access to the boot or trunk.
If the rack has one drawback, it is its weight, but that is the result of its solid construction. Someone in your group has to be able to handle a slightly awkward 70lb structure to get the rack on and off the receiver.
If you use the included receiver lock pin, you will want to keep in your car's toolkit a short-handled wrench or ratchet that fits the head of the bolt.

I'm very happy with this purchase. It is as sturdy as advertised and was easy to assemble.
My only recommendation, and this applies to all bike racks as far as I know, would be to add lights that plug into your vehicle/hitch harness. Once the bikes are mounted, they block your vehicles brake and turn signal lights, especially if you have a bike cover. I was able to make my own with items purchased at an auto parts store.
All in all, great product at half the cost of the big name stuff.
Stop shopping around, just buy it already!

Excellent but could use a hitch rattle clamp
It was incredibly easy to assemble. I loaded my bike with ease. I had to by a hitch rattle clamp. It was too loose in the receiver. I am very pleased with the product, but would recommend a hitch clamp be included.
