Easy to assemble and performs well

It wasn't difficult to assemble, although 1 of the 4 plastic shims needed for the vertical centre posts partially broke before I could get it entirely inserted. No problem; it should work fine without that small piece. We've used the rack only once so far. It performed very well. I'm happy with the purchase.

Love the rack. Cravot even honoured a sale price posted a couple of days after my full price purchase and promptly refunded me the difference. Impressed! One small detail about the rack itself that is frustrating. The bolts holding the rails to the fame of the rack intrude into the bottom of the slider channel for the wheel cradle. This prevents the cradle from adjusting to hold a small (kids) bike properly ie. in front of the rear wheel of the bike. It will work if you take the bolt out, adjust the wheel cradle past the obstruction, then re-install the bolt. Not very convenient.
