They’re comfy but destabilizing. Because the heel is significantly lower than arch the effect is destabilizing and toes work harder. Make mold more neutral and decrease arch a bit. For seniors balance is an issue. The shoe industry has it wrong for us and physicians have been brainwashed to recommend these types of support slides/ shoes. Hoka same issue .

OOFOS purchase

I recently bought two pair of Oofos. I find them to be quite comfortable albeit a little more snug than my previous pair. It takes a little bit more effort to slip them on. I'm sure they're the right size but I just expected something looser based on my previous pair. When I'm home they are the first things I put on. I use my old pair for when I go outside to work in the yard. Very comfortable. I would have given a rating of five however, they make quite a bit of sound on my bare floors. A lot of squeaking while I walk and that isn't something that I experience with my other OOFOS.

Love my Oofos. I seldom wear any shoes other than Oofos. . I have plantar fasciitis which doesn't bother me as long as I wear Oofos. These slides are very comfortable and stylish.
