The bag is great! It did however come undone at the stitching for the shoulder strap near the bottom. I contacted Matador and they were willing to send me a new one. However, I was on a two month backpack trip and was unable to receive a new one so they refunded me for the entire product. Very pleased and satisfied with their customer service.

Perfect Day Bag for Site Seeing

Recently took this on a 5-day trip to NYC. I flew United and they no longer include a carry-on with their base fare so I decided to try traveling with a personal item only. I was able to pack this bag flat in my backpack under my items and it barely took any space. In the city I used it to carry water, jacket and honestly I kept my sling in there as well thinking if I needed extra space in the backpack then I could take out the sling and wear it. Even with the straps being so thin it's surprisingly super comfortable. Probably because the bag itself is so light. To summarize, I love this bag, it's perfect for travel to pack as a daypack.

I purchased back for a trip. I was taking out of the country and I have been using it every day for books, swimwear or whatever needs to be carried in it and it's been fantastic. I feel in the straps are very comfortable and I love it. I also loved that All the zippers are hidden and that there are multiple pockets., considering the size of the bag .I'm very very happy with my purchase and I would recommend it. I love it! For me, it's the perfect size as a bag
