I loved the content of this box. The different protein bars were exactly what I have been looking for. I am focusing on protein as I am trying to build muscle. There were higher calorie bars and higher protein bars. I could use for different workouts. I loved the balm as I just started training for a 200 mile race. I remember the chaffing with my first 24 hour race. I am in need of a new water bottle as I tend to skimp on hydration. I don’t really use gels probably cuz I have not found one I like yet. So perhaps the Glukos or the Z2 is the one or the ones. I am looking forward to trying the Pure Endurance for Hydration!
