Want to write about the great customer service and speedy response I got when the clamp on my repair stand broke. I bought my stand 5 or so years ago so wasn't sure how my experience would go. I went out to the website and posted my issue to their help line. I got a response within 12 hours indicating what they felt was the issue, the recommended replacement part and a "how to" video to install the part once it arrived. I received the part within 7 days and had it install in less than an hour.

Worked like it was supposed too

Fairly easy to install. The information online was pretty good too
