Didn't work as powered monitor dock

It's a 1-star for me because it didn't work for my purpose. I specifically bought this to be a powered dock for two monitors from a Surface Studio. Nothing. Zilcho. It totally cut the signal to the two monitors. Don't buy this device for this purpose.

Mostly Works

Love having a 2-in-1 dock and charger. While the dock is plug-n-play, it's not perfect. I have two USB-C ports: 3.1 & 3.2 (SS D) and it works the same on both. The first time I plugged it in and powered on Bitlocker loaded so I just restarted through BIOS with it unplugged and haven't had the problem since. However, from the beginning I've been experiencing keyboard lockout at the Win 11 login screen where I can't input my PIN for well over a minute, and not just my USB keyboard but the laptop keyboard, as well. If I re-plug the keyboard (Logitech) then I can enter inputs instantly. I haven't had any issues with waking up my display or laptops like another reviewer.

Finally replaced my old Dell dock, and I’m beyond thrilled with this Anker dock. Works seamlessly with all my peripherals.
