Quality
I recently purchased the Wanderer Sling and the Urban backpack together. The Wanderer sling is lightweight with a strong strap for everyday use. However, the backpack is of low quality and heavy. The strap to pick up the bag is not functional. Very disappointed as I was looking for an everyday backpack. As this was shipped from China with several transits, I'm not even sure how to return it.

No trolley sleeve?
You advertise the City Adventurer as having a trolley sleeve. One of the main reasons I decided for your backpack. Surprise, no trolley sleeve (see the email I sent last week to review detail). Love the backpack but -2 stars for not having the thing I wanted most.
