Great sling - You need this!

This is a must have if you travel. Small enough to be carried all day, but large enough to hold a summer outfit. Use it as a personal item on flights. So glad I got it. Gets compliments all the time. The stabilizer strap is a must if you bike though. Would buy again!

Almost perfect!

I'm not saying it is the perfect bag because everything is perfectible. But this bag is as close as it can get. After looking at the different options in the market for weeks, I settled on Rework and I am very impressed at the level of detail. Suffice to say that it will take me some time to learn how to use it, because it is so versatile and well thought-out, with so many options for storage, that my brain will take a few weeks to expand. Great design at a great price and great craftsmanship.

Excellent Everyday Sling with just a few Improvements

I've been very happy with the Toshi Sling 6L V2 overall. The build quality feels solid, and the organization is one of its biggest strengths. There are plenty of thoughtfully designed pockets that make it easy to keep everything organized without feeling cluttered. One feature I really appreciate is the pair of bottom attachment clips. They're strong enough to securely carry a compact umbrella or a light jacket when you don't have room inside the bag, adding a lot of versatility without increasing the bag's size. The dedicated sunglasses pocket is excellent. It easily accommodates larger sunglasses, and theinterior lining protects the lenses, so there's no need for a bulky case. There are a few improvements I'd love to see in a future version. The biggest would be a better DWR (durable water-repellent) finish. I was caught in a heavy downpour, and the exterior fabric became saturated fairly quickly. Fortunately, the contents of the bag stayed dry, but a more effective water-repellent coating would help the bag shed rain and keep the exterior from becoming soaked during unexpected weather. I'd also suggest improving the shoulder pad. The included pad felt very thin and offered very little cushioning, almost like layers of tissue paper. I replaced it with a thicker aftermarket pad, and the difference in comfort was significant, especially when carrying the bag for longer periods or with a heavier load. Another improvement would be a longer shoulder strap. At 6'2" and 220 pounds with broad shoulders, I found the included strap a little too short, even when fully extended. I ended up replacing it with a longer strap from another company, which made the sling much more comfortable to wear. It would also be helpful if the attachment loops were slightly larger or more universal to better accommodate aftermarket straps. Other enhancements I'd like to see include tastefully integrated reflective accents for better nighttime visibility without compromising the clean design, dual zippers on the larger compartments for easier access from either side, and a few additional color options. Overall, this is a high-quality sling with excellent organization, smart storage solutions, and durable construction. Despite a few areas that could be be refined, it's one of the better 6L slings I've used. I'd confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile everyday carry bag, and I'm excited to see what Rework Gear brings to the next version.
