PREORDER: Lane Orchards Freestone Peaches – A Georgia Treasure

Freestone but not Free and Easy...

The peaches were delicious and worked well to be canned... but the Freestone was not easy to work with. At least half of my peaches had split pits... so when cutting into halve the peach... the pit was not very easy to remove as it was no longer in one piece and required me to cut it out of each half separately. Delicious fruit... but more effort than I was expecting from a Freestone variety peach.

These were excellent peaches. Michael is a great resource for any one looking to put up fruit. He works hard to get the best quality at the best price. I can't wait for next year.

Peaches are delicious will definitely order again..smaller quantity. Ordered half a bushel this time and they started rotting pretty quickly needed to use them right away.🙃
