Jerusalem Artichoke

The Jerusalem Artichokes all came up, so I am happy with the results so far. I’m keeping an eye on them, but I won’t know how successful until harvest time. I did also purchase 18 strawberry plants with this order, but only 5 came up. I used the same pre-planting procedure and planted all 18 on the same day.

Excellent quality sunchoke tubers. They pop up leaves in about 4-7 days. Protect from deer and rabbits while they are small, because they love em.

I’m in zone 6b and am waiting for that crucial day of the week after Mother’s Day to plant the sun chokes. Will update as the season progresses. Thanks for the quick and caring packaging service.
