One of our bags got lost on an international trip. Communication with the local airline representatives was difficult. The Knog Scout allowed us to know exactly where the bag was and get it back because we could share the bag's location details with the airline and get them to respond more accurately. It was a life saver for us.

Purchase regret

Not easy to set up and use. I purchased 4. Husband is the tech-guru so let him set it up. When we were getting ready to travel. They kept going off on their own. Setting off alarms on the phone with DISARM in red flashing on phone. We hadn’t even left home yet. The thought of being at airport and one of these going off on their own with a big red disarm button on our phone wasn’t something we wanted to chance. We we took them out of each of our bags and deleted the apps from all our phones. They looked cool. Wish I hadn’t purchased
