Personalized Mother of Pearl Locket Ring

I am beyond disappointed. I placed my order March 13, 2026, and it was delivered on March 26, 2026. All of the reviews said that the shipping on this ring took a long time, and to order it in advance. Once I realized it hadn’t arrived by April, I began emailing and leaving messages online by leaving my name and email. No one replied until today, August 14, 2026. Well past their 60 day deadline. Since the 60 days are up, their insurance no longer covers the item, and they will no longer provide assistance or a refund. I even asked for a gift card just to repurchase the same ring. The photo I placed inside of this locket ring was a personal suprise I wanted to wear on my big day, but I refuse to repurchase the ring and have the same issue occur. Very disappointed, the policy makes sense but they didn’t reply out of convenience. Well played.
