I was very skeptical, I really wondered if the price was worth it. I have now had the Cozzia CZ-800 Quantum for 25 days - I have used it daily. I am super impressed with all the preprogrammed options. I think I’ve tried about half of them so far, but today I wanted to see what this thing can do… CUSTOM Massages and CUSTOM Spa…programming that you pick and save!! OMG - this thing is fantastic! You can program what you want and save it for use another day. The Touch screen is Huge, the OS is easy to navigate, its wifi and has update 2 times in 25 days - new massages annd other features added and bug fixes. It’s amazing that it does that. It’s truly a computer/robot machine that does incredible massages and stretching! The Styling and comfort is top notch. It looks incredible in our space. See photo below. The Monster speakers kick it loud with great Bass when you are in the chair and it Bluetooths to my phone so I can play a playlist of my choice wirelessly! It moves so easily for a 300lb object. Very high props to the design team on that functionality!! We have moved it to different spots to see where it fits best and it was so easy on LVP flooring. On a side note - I owned a Cozzia EC-670 - I bought in 2006 - it recently died after 19 years of daily use. Unfortunately they no longer have parts for my old chair. But I know from personal experience that Cozzia is a fantastic brand for durability and longevity. Which helped me decide to continue using that brand. In the end - I have to say, I love this Chair, if you can afford it - it’s absolutely worth every dollar! Relaxacare has been wonderful to deal with as well. The lead time was accurate and the Chair arrived when they said it would. The white glove service they offered was well worth the cost. My one and only complaint… I believe I read on Cozzia USA webpage that the Chair came with a custom designed pull over cover included with purchase. But there was no cover included with my Chair. I may have misunderstood the advertisement. But the picture showed the cover.
