Coffee snob

My husband and I are coffee snobs. I use to be a barista and have worked in multiple different coffee shops/ roasters. I was skeptical about this coffee. Normally coffee that comes in the mail is stale, and super acidic. This coffee is fresh! I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t super acidic either. We enjoyed all three bags of coffee before I wrote my review. As a momma of three coffee is an essential part of my morning and afternoon. We were able to make this in a drip coffee pot, moki pot, espresso machine, and chemex. Yes we really put this coffee to the test. It was so enjoyable we are going to keep the subscription and try another set of what they offer. We also appreciate the cause behind the coffee and that it is fair trade! If youre on the fence about this coffee please give it a taste before you decide completely. It was what we were looking for.

Very good

Gave the bundle 4 stars due to the Dominican coffee being just too weak for my taste. If you light a very light coffee then it might be good for you. The taste was fine just too weak. The other two flavors, Haitian and Faith were excellent. Will be buying those two flavors again for sure.
