Leaner - but SO GOOD!
This is a great steak for a family of meat-eaters and will easily make its way into our weekly menu planning! We regularly have the ribeye and Denver steaks, but this sirloin steak was really delicious and easy to cook up for the family. Great on the cast-iron skillet served up with fried eggs - and really wallet friendly!

Exceeded Expectations
Caroland Farm's wagyu sirloin was fabulous. š Ordering and delivery was an easy process. Glad to have finally found a local wagyu source; wife & son loved it. Highly recommend.
