Clay Baker, 4 Quarts - Eurita

I liked this because it is so much lighter than a cast iron baker. I bought this to bake sourdough in and was disappointed that it cannot be put into a very hot oven which is what my recipes direct me to do. I did put it in b4 the oven up to temperature and the bread turned out ok.
