Glad I bought it!

I love being able to see my beautiful starter on my counter through the clear glass cover. I also love the simplicity of three temperatures. Too cold, just right, too hot. No stressing over the exact temp of the starter. It is in the Goldilocks zone or it is not. The perfectly straight sides of the jars help me keep the jar clean and the channels in the silicone lid mean I don’t have to leave the lid askew like with my Kneadace jars or my Weck jars.

For my wife

She loves her big bundle. I love how it has the small and large containers. The only thing I think would make it better is if it came with something she could stir the starter with.

Consistency is amazing

After over a decade of baking sourdough, I was dealing with my coldest winter yet and starting to doubt everything I knew about baking. Less than a week into using my outhouse and I’m baking the best bread of my life.
