Nice Clip Ins BUT Horible Customer Service

I purchased a pair of clips ins, very beautiful but the hair did NOT match my hair type. Me being a brand new customer I thought I’s be able to work with the Nahara team to send the clip ins back for an exchange, but no they didn’t want to do anything about me spending over 200 dollars for hair I could not use. To me, this is horrible customer service. I will continue to shop on Amazon where I can return or many beauty supply stores are starting to sell clip ins so I’d rather buy the hair where I can see in person what it looks like and where the customer service goes above and beyond.

It matches hair type very well. Very good quality and easy to use.
