I received two different grades of hair even though I ordered them from the same item. They were both able to lift in color (to a 27) - one bundle took better than the second bundle, which makes me think they were two different grades of hair. My stylist commented on the difference in hair textures as well, and she also noted that the bundles were different grades. I’m confused how that works; and a little skeptical since I paid a higher amount of money *because* of the guarantee of higher grade hair…. I’m not sure how it could be a mistake. I am somewhat satisfied about the purchase, only because the bundles were able to lift in color. However, I am not pleased with the company’s dishonesty. *** update 7/28 ***the hair dyed very nicely. Minimal shedding, and looks very natural. I haven’t experienced much tangling either. Good quality.
