Easy to use, great features, very quiet, but 2 things wrong

I wish there was a pause button on the device like on the app. And I REALLY wish the duckbill valve was easier to open. I am unable to use my pump on my own because I need my husband to open and close it. Extremely frustrated with this. There’s no reason it needs to be such a tight fit.

I bought the Momcozy M9 for my wife and she loves it. It’s super comfortable, quiet, and truly hands-free — she can walk around, do chores, or even go out while pumping. The suction is strong, the battery lasts well, and the app is easy to use. It fits nicely with no soreness, and the carry case is a bonus. Highly recommend! Also, a huge shoutout to the amazing customer support — so helpful and responsive!

I initially purchased the Momcozy breast pump through Amazon. Almost immediately, I noticed something was wrong: one pump had noticeably stronger suction than the other. The inconsistency was significant enough that I suspected I had received a counterfeit or substandard product. I raised a complaint with Amazon, and a tefund was issued. However, the situation worsened, both pumps stopped working entirely just a day after the refund. They would not power on at all, and when I attempted to charge them, the units became dangerously hot. I decided to buy directly from Momcozy’s own website, thinking this would eliminate any possibility of a counterfeit or third-party product. The replacement pump failed in the exact same way after just two uses. It would not power on and when left on charge, it became excessively hot, raising serious safety concerns. This second failure confirmed that the problem is not isolated to third party seller, but a recurring product defect with the pump itself.
