Organic Washed Cotton Duvet Set - Stone

Extremely Disappointed

Unfortunately, I will not be shopping with Under the Canopy again. I first purchased the organic cotton duvet, and one had obvious large stains upon opening. A replacement was sent that was missing the pillow case sham. The replacement duvet then tore after one wash. There is clearly an issue with quality. I’m very disappointed that Under the Canopy would not provide even store credit or send a replacement for the torn duvet because it was not in the original packaging. Tearing after one wash is an issue and warrants a refund or replacement, which they would not do. This is unfortunate because I like the design and color, but I will not be shopping here again given the multiple quality issues and the lack of making it right.
