Baking Flour
Used the baking flour in some recent biscuits. They had a good rise, were quite fluffy and a very good taste. thank you for this new addition to our cooking regime.

Life altering
Gluten free wheat starch blends are amazing. I first discovered them for pizza, imported from Italy. I’m so glad to find this company and the blends for all of my baking. I have had consistently great results, for quite a few months of baking. Highly recommended.

Haven't tried it yet...
I have not had a chance to try this yet, but I'm going to use it to make some bicquits soon. I gave it 5 stars because I've used the cake and cookie flours and they are more than 5 stars so I am sure this is going to be great! I will review this as soon as I make my biscquits! :)
