Good product

I bought this for my two toddler boys (2 and 3 years old) and both climb on it daily and absolutely love it. It was also straightforward to install and didn't require any additional hands or external tools, and hardwood was good quality. I do only give it four stars though because the swing that comes with the ladder is hilariously small with a width of 9 inches. My 3 year old son already maxes out the width so surely will not be able to use the swing for much longer, and this is clearly not the swing in the listing on avenlur's website which depicts a much older child easily fitting in the swing. I've reached out to support and haven't received anything beyond an initial response. Other than that, great product.
