I had a great experience and am happy with my purchase. The order arrived quickly, with detailed instructions and all parts included. I assembled it myself (56 year old grandma) and had my son-in-law attach it to the wall. Grandkids approved (ages 1,4,6,7). They are thrilled and love playing on it.
