Noticed it was not the sturdiest out of the box. Upon assembly, the wood started cracking in some major spots. For the price, this set is really not worth it. Buyer beware that once it arrives you’ll have a really difficult time trying to get ahold of customer service. I emailed them the next day and 2 weeks later they still keep giving me the run around. Offered me $150 to keep the set and have some pieces replaced but I specifically asked for a refund and to have them tell me how to send it back under quality guarantee with radio silence. Maybe the inside sets are better but for $1700 this one isn’t worth it.

My grandchildren (girls, ages 2 & 4) absolutely love their new “playground” as they like to call it. Putting it together was tedious but worth it! It’s a beautiful addition to their back yard and they've already enjoyed playing on it even in the freezing temperature.

The swingset arrived quickly in 5 large boxes. We hired a professional to install it over two days. It looks just like the picture and our toddler loves it. I think he will enjoy it for many more years to come.
