Great service

I ordered a trailer first, it didn't come the way it should have but their customer service was so responsive and generous, I then purchased an ebike from them. The second trailer and ebike are wonderful.

The rear rack went on fine and does its job. The front one not so much. I tried mounting it with the light but it's pretty loose and moves around while riding. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Heavy duty and functional.

The fender and rack kit for the FAT-HS is easy to install and made out of thick metal. The finish appears to be a powder coating and I put a couple coats of wax on it and it took a nice shine. The rack is very sturdy and can carry very heavy items. I am very happy with this purchase.
