The product seems to be great! The delivery however, was kind of a mess. There was a huge delay. Of course, they're coming from shipment containers from China and got hung up somewhere in the port. Otherwise it's a great bike. My son is on it everyday. Thumbs up!

Customer support online is responsive and very helpful. However, I wish this bike came with an owners manual with all the serial numbers of key components and recommendations on proper use/ best practices. This bike was purchased with funds from selling our Stacyc edrive 16 and super 73 K1D. My son was so excited to get his first pedal ebike with 20" wheels. One star was removed due to the expected ship date after the order was placed was not accurate. When I called to inquire, I was told the bike would ship in 30 days due to the bike being out of stock when my order was placed. 1 day later after discussing with our family we decided to cancel the order, I called to cancel and was told that was not possible because the order was shipping. Another star was removed due to not having a user manual with serial numbers for the bike we received. To qualify for the 2-year warranty you will need the serial number from the battery, frame and motor and must be submitted online. The battery box on the bike must be opened to remove the battery to view the serial number on this model. I seen the battery was starting to rub on the plastic battery box so I added more foam padding to keep the large battery from vibrating/ moving inside the battery box. The battery looks to be a soft LiPo 10AH pack that is susceptible to damage if not secured properly. Inside the battery box is a controller and several wires and one small piece of foam to protect the battery. Seems inadequate protection, I will be checking this battery box frequently for signs of battery movement. After the first charge the bike traveled a distance of 25 miles and took about 5 hours of enjoyment from my 8 year old (48Lb) on mostly flat paved/ gravel land. The bike twist throttle was not operational upon the first couple blocks of riding. I found it started working on its own without any intervention from me/ child due to factory preset settings. The bike came secure and properly packaged in the box from the factory. Pedals and handlebars were the only items needing to be installed out of the box. The brakes, seat post, and tire air pressure were the only items needing to be adjusted prior to first use. Battery came fully charged and ready to go. After the first fully depleted battery it took about 6-8 hours to go from red to show green on the charger (guessing fully charged without owners manual)

Great bike

Perfect for my 7 year old daughter. She loves this bike! Having 3 speeds is very helpful.
