Squatplate

Plate is of good qulity but has to be bolted into the floor ortherwise it cannot be used safely, especially with heavier wheels as it is pulled up and towards the flywheel. It would be cool if it would include some sort of the bracket or something that would allow the plate to be mounted to something like power rack.

Works as described!

Squat plate is very sturdy and works great for all vertical movements!
