NO. 1012 Fragrance Oil for Cold Air Diffusers - Inspired by: Cabana & Ritz Carlton Hotel

I use HVAC and car diffusers regularly and have never had an issue with other brands. I gave VineVida a shot because of their low prices, but you definitely get what you pay for. Every single one of the four different scents I purchased left a distinct, unpleasant cardboard/burning smell throughout my home. These are not high-quality, plug-and-play oils; they are so poorly formulated that you literally have to mix them with alcohol just to thin them out and add sweeter scents to make them tolerable. The breaking point for me was their customer support. Despite advertising a refund policy, they refused to give me my money back or exchange the batch. Instead, they tried to shortchange me by offering three small bottles to replace the large ones I paid for. A completely dishonest way to run a business. Save your money and buy elsewhere. 0/10.
