Product is wonderful, however obtaining any tupe of shipping information is a different story. Web site states ships within 3 day pf order excluding holidays/weekends (understandable) ... order item , received it 1 m month later, had t o call and complain about not receiving any type of tracking information.

small but mighty

This unit is small and easy to conceal but gives off a huge scent. I subtracted a star because programming this is a nightmare. I have no idea what cycle it is on but the scent ran out in 1 week and supposedly it should have lasted all month.

My house smells so good. I leave and can smell my house on me. This thing is amazing
